At Karee Biltong Kiosk, we take great pride in providing high-quality biltong, droëwors, and cured meats. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we have a limited to no exchange or refund policy. However, we do allow returns or refunds under specific conditions outlined below.

Conditions for Returns & Refunds

If you receive a parcel and notice any of the following issues, please inform us within two (2) hours of delivery:

Incorrect Order – Wrong items received.
Incorrect Weights – Order weight is significantly different from what was purchased.
Raw Products – Items that should be fully cured/dried arrive raw.
Over-Dried Products – Items are excessively dry beyond standard quality.
Moldy Products – Visible mold is present.
Foreign Objects – Any unknown or unexpected objects in the product.

Return Process

  1. Notify Us Promptly – Contact Karee Biltong Kiosk within two (2) hours of receiving your parcel.
  2. Provide Proof – Send clear pictures of the issue to support your claim.
  3. Return the Parcel – The complete order must be returned the next day in its original packaging at the client’s expense.
  4. Inspection & Resolution – Once we receive the returned order in its original condition, we will:
    • Refund, replace, or credit the client in full within five (5) working days (client’s preferred method applies).

🚫 No refunds will be issued if the product is not returned in its original condition and packaging. If this occurs, we will send photographic proof to the client and withdraw from further communication, considering the matter closed.

Exclusions

No returns or refunds will be accepted for personal preference or taste-related complaints.
